BOISANGER mobilizes a team to work on your search assignment.

The best profile

We define with you the candidate’s profile, and list the markets, geographies and target organizations.

Organization of interviews

The consultant meets with and personally evaluates several candidates, often more than ten for a position.

Candidats selection

We submit a short list of candidates within set deadlines (usually 4 to 6 weeks), together with detailed and confidential written reports for these candidates. 

Choosing the best

We are available to assist you in choosing the candidate and negotiating.
