You are in charge of high level recruitment assignments from beginning to end (evaluation of client’s needs, job and profile definition, interviews and candidate selection, integration follow-up).
You have a graduate degree in engineering or business, maybe an MBA, and at least 5 years operational experience.
You are thorough, determined, very motivated; your schedule is flexible, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
A bicultural profile would be a plus.
